About Me

Hello! I’m Emily - Paediatric Occupational Therapist, mum and face behind OTwithEmily.

Firstly a huge welcome, I’m so glad you’ve found my page. I started OTwithEmily with the hope of advocating and spreading awareness about Children’s Occupational Therapy.

After specialising in Paediatrics for 8 years in areas of assessment, early intervention, education, parent training and also being a special needs caregiver myself. I knew I had to share my knowledge and resources.

I offer practical tips, activities and resources because by doing so we will all reach our ultimate goals of supporting all our children to grow, thrive and fulfil their 'occupations' to Play, Learn and have Fun!
